1. No Purchase Necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. resident, and you must be a member of Sportsvite to participate. Corporate entities are not eligible. Employees and Agents of Sportsvite, and their immediate family members (or people living in the same household) are not eligible. Offer void where prohibited by law.

2. To become a contestant, if you are not already a member, visit the Sportsvite web site at http://sportvite.com/account/signup and create an account. All existing members are already eligible. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. An "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigned e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No two contestants may use the same email address. Sportsvite and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail/U.S. mail; for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate in the contest. All winner notifications in the contest will be sent by e-mail. We are not responsible if your e-mail does not work. Sportsvite reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest as determined by Sportsvite in its sole discretion. If the contest is so canceled, any and/or all announced winners will receive prizes to which they are entitled as of the date of cancellation; the unawarded prizes will be donated to charity.

3. Any individual who is a member of Sportsvite and who successfully recruits at least eight (8) other individuals to join Sportsvite (you can invite as many as you want) during the Recruitment Period (defined below) will be eligible to receive a $15 gift card from Sports Authority. The awarding of $15 gift cards is limited to the first 300 contestants who satisfy the above requirements. The contestant who gets the most recruits to become new members of Sportsvite during the Recruitment Period will win the Grand Prize of a $200 gift card from Sports Authority. We have established the following criteria for defining a "recruit" for the purposes of the Tell Your Teammates Contest Program. A recruit must be a personal contact, someone who the contestant knows or regularly corresponds with or has played sports with in the past in a friendly business, personal or sports context. A recruit cannot currently be, or within the past 6 months have been, a member of Sportsvite. The following shall not qualify as a "recruit" and the contestant must not refer: (1) a non-existent person or the contestant's self; (2) any person that the contestant may have reason to believe may be offended or annoyed by being asked to participate in the Tell Your Teammates Contest Program; or (3) any person who has explicitly informed the contestant that they do not wish to participate in the Tell Your Teammates Contest Program. The contestant may not "spam" people via email (i.e. unsolicited, unwanted, and/or unrequested email). If you'd like to recruit someone, but are unsure if it would be appropriate, please contact them first to find out.

4. The Tell Your Teammates Contest Program runs from June 11 to August 15, 2009 (the "Recruitment Period"). All individuals that you invite must successfully join Sportsvite during the Recruitment Period to count towards your total number of recruits. The Tell Your Teammates Contest Program expires on August 15, 2009.

5. PRIZE(S); APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS OF WINNING:

Grand Prize (1) : $200 gift card to Sports Authority
Main Prize (up to 300): $15 gift card to Sports Authority

All winners of the Main Prize will receive their notice of winning and a digital gift code in an email to your Sportsvite email account within 4 to 6 weeks after the promotion expires. There is a limit of 300 Main Prizes. Main Prizes will be awarded in the order the contestants qualify (i.e at such time a contestant successfully gets eight (8) recruits to join Sportsvite) The winner of the Grand Prize will be notified via e-mail within 4 to 6 weeks after the promotion expires. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of participants. Prizes are subject to all federal, state, and local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prize returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fourteen (14) days after being sent will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable.

There is a limit of only one (1) Main Prize per contestant. All winners are subject to verification by Sportsvite. A contestant is not a winner of any prize, even if notified by Sportsvite, unless and until the contestant's eligibility has been verified and the contestant has been notified that verification is complete. Any attempt by any contestant to obtain more than one Main Prize by using multiple or different accounts, identities or registrations, or any other methods, will void that contestant's entries and that contestant may be disqualified from the Tell Your Teammates Contest Program. Use of any automated system to participate (including any automated system use to generate "spam") is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Any actions inconsistent with or in violation of the Program Rules is considered using the Tell Your Teammates Contest Program in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the Tell Your Teammates Contest Program and will result in forfeiture of all of the contestant's rewards obtained through the Tell Your Teammates Program.

6. The Grand Prize winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, the winners agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.

7. The winner will be announced on http://sportsvite.com. Sportsvite is not responsible for typographical errors on the website or in these rules.

9. By participating, contestants agree to release and hold harmless Sportsvite, LLC, The Sports Authority and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation in the Tell Your Teammates Contest Program, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; agree that if a prize winner, to the use of winner's name, home town, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for marketing and advertising of Sportsvite services and consumer promotions in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review, and upon request will provide written consent to such use; and acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or other error, programming, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to contestant's or any other person's computer equipment, or for any other error related to or resulting from participation in the Tell Your Teammates Contest Program.

10. Tell Your Teammates Contest Program shall be governed by New York law, and entrants hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of New York courts (state and federal) for any cases or controversies arising out of Tell Your Teammates Contest Program. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Prize(s) are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitution of prizes may be made, except by Sportsvite, who reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sportsvite in its sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. In all matters related to the Tell Your Teammates Contest Program, the decisions of Sportsvite are final. No waiver by Sportsvite of any terms or condition of these rules shall be deemed or construed to be a continuing waiver of such term or condition. If any provision or clause of these rules, as applied to any party or to any circumstance, shall be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such judgment shall be limited and confined in its operation to that provision or clause, and the same shall in no way affect any other provision or clause of these rules, the application of such provision or clause in any other circumstances, or the validity or enforceability of these rules.
